Smoked mussel and caviar dip with salmon caviar pearls and toasted Turkish bread
Sicilian green olives with orange, lemon & fennel seeds
Individual soft-shell crab sliders; with Asian coleslaw and avocado
 
Mains Choice:
Grain feed aged black angus porterhouse, garlic and rosemary kipfler potatoes, crispy leek & red wine Jus
Pan roasted salmon fillet, chargrilled asparagus and flat beans, hollandaise sauce, finished with salmon caviar pearls and soft herbs
Asparagus and pea risotto served with fresh lemon, mascarpone and parmigiano regiano
          
Dessert:
Espresso frangipani tart, dolce latte caramel and chocolate ganache
Char grilled peach with honey and coconut scented mascarpone cream and fresh raspberry
