A glorious season - stone fruits, asparagus, fresh berries, tomatoes,
crayfish, oysters, figs - the list goes on, it is a season to create!

June 1st - August 31st
Monday 9am - 4pm

Saturday 8:30am - late
Sunday 8:30am - 7pm
As the nights cool and draw in our thoughts turn to an open fire and
winter specials, braises, spicy reds, warm lemon puddings and custard, hot
coffee or mugs of chocolate w marshmallows!

If you or some one you know would like to join the team at the Boathouse
or Fenix please contact one of our managers or chef regarding position
availability. We employ casual and full time positions ranging from
glass collectors and food runners for juniors to qualified bar, wait staff,
chefs and chefs in training.
Our philosophy is simple you have to have natural generosity of spirit
and understanding of peoples needs.
Customer service and sales are not an easy path, work is manual and quite
often far more pressured than those outside of the industry perceive, but
the rewards and opportunities are great for those who dare!
